Wells, co-proprietor of the Mechanics' Mills at Mission and Fremont; the Second Advent Christian Church, built in 1873; and a triplex at 206-208 Eddy built in late 1875 as an investment by Cornelius Dorris, co-proprietor of the Russ House hotel.
