141 Minna Street, just west of New Montgomery St. It was built in 1901 as Pacific States Telephone and Telegraph's instrument factory and warehouse. A five-story showroom and factory was located right behind it at 147-151 Minna. A four-story HQ office fronting on New Montgomery was completed just in time to be destroyed in 1906. (WMK) [61]
