Financial DistrictMan identified as P. A. Finigan with horse in street. Norfolk livery with Finigan's name on building behind. This was originally White's Stables when built in 1866. Finigan moved his stable there later that year and was there to 1874. From that point on, others ran it as a stable until the 1890s. In 1897, The Ramona, a hotel, was built on the site of the stable.
