Lindley Meadow, Goddess of the Forest statue. The wooden statue by Dudley C. Carter (1891-1992) was originally displayed at the Golden Gate International Exposition (GGIE) and moved to Golden Gate Park. It was moved in 1986 to City College, damage to the sculpture over the years necessitated the lower portion be removed..
