Count Felix Von Luckner
Von Luckner was a German nobleman, naval officer, author, and sailor. Known as the 'Sea-Devil' during World War I, Von Luckner visited San Francisco on a goodwill tour (by ship) in May 1927 and was made an honorary citizen.
