South of MarketThese two homes and the gas station on the corner of 2nd Avenue and Balboa Street have all been demolished for apartment buildings. In 1951 the basement of 26 Balboa, center, housed the Helene Hardin Theatrical Talent Agency.
Richmond Inner270 15th Avenue. Built in 1909, this Edwardian single family home was covered in Transite asbestos shingles and added a few aluminum window awnings sometime later.

Lower Pacific Heights1344 Noe Street. Northwest corner of Noe and Cesar Chavez (then Army) Street. Here this small cottage has received new transite siding. Built in 1908, it was demolished and replaced in 1998 with 1346-1348 Noe.
Noe Valley2510 24th Ave, between Ulloa and Vicente, was built in 1917 by the Parkside Realty Company. In 1951, it was sided with Transite, now it is covered with stucco.
ParksideBuilt in 1910 between Balboa and Anza, 570 11th Ave now has stucco siding and at the time was the home of the Orpheum Theater's projectionist.
Richmond Inner2328 Post Street near Divisadero Street. Circa 1900 flats with transite siding applied. Appears to be next to a parking lot. Laundry is hanging from a line in back. This and the structure next to it are now demolished.
Lower Pacific Heights1736-1738 Bryant Street between 16th and 17th Streets. This two-unit residence was built in 1904 and looks much the same today, as do the two structures flanking it.
