Merced Heights in background. 90 Cedro was built in 1911 as the home of Joseph Leonard, owner of the Urban Realty Improvement Company and builder of Ingleside Terraces. Later it was the home of Cecil Poole, whose family became the first non-white residents of Ingleside Terraces in 1957.
