Was U.S. War Assets Building in 1940s and 1950s. Was Harcourt, Brace, Jovanovich; the Psychological Corporation;, and the Academic Press, all academic publishers, from 1967 through 1983. Was Red Cross Disaster Shelter in 1989 after Loma Prieta earthquake, became North of Market Multiservice Center in 1990. (PF)
