Sanchez School
Sanchez Street Primary School, later known as Everett Grammar School, on the east side of Sanchez Street between 16th and 17th streets. It was built in 1878 as eight classrooms; six more classrooms were added in 1891. It was replaced in 1925 by the current Sanchez School, on the same site. [WMK] [SC29]
