Folsom between 7th and 8th. Aftermath of The Barracks bathhouse fire, (July 10,1981). Hallam Street is in the center of photo, burnt residential buildings are on Brush Place. Burnt out building being demolished. The arson fire started in the former location of the Folsom Barracks bath house and burned 27 buildings. Tractor in foreground. Brick building in background was demolished in 2019.
