Panama-Pacific International Exposition, Sculpture of Jesus with ruined temple background, inscribed 'lo son la forza la verita la vita.' By Raffaello Romanelli (1856-1928) of Florence, Italy. Sign stating "Highest Award - Out of Competition." Title of sculpture was "Christ Before the Ruins of Paganism". It was exhibited outdoors between the Italian Pavilion and the Palace of Fine Arts.
