View southeast across Van Ness to H-Line Streetcar #925 to City Hall. Richelieu Hotel, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, Mercury, Ford and Chevrolet car dealerships. Almond Blossom Restaurant at right was the scene of a 1924 encounter with Chinatown Resident Ben Fee because they refused to serve Asians, described in Frank Chin (1972) 'Confessions of the Chinatown Cowboy'.
