Federal prisoners from Atlanta Federal Penitentiary disembarking from train cars at Alcatraz. Cars were loaded onto barge in Tiburon, Marin County. Prison boat McDowell in foreground, Red Stack tug Sea Rover alongside barge. (53 prisoners, including Al Capone, were on this train.)
