Golden Gate Park. Two young girls standing in front of 'Apple Cider Press Statue.' The bronze sculpture was displayed in this location during the Midwinter Fair of 1894. M.H. de Young later purchased it for the City of San Francisco. The statue was originally a fountain. (The girl at left is filling a drinking cup with water from the fountain.)
