From a 1970's tour brochure (author not listed) of The Flood Mansion: 'Working out of the Beaux Arts tradition, in 1912 architects Bliss and Faville chose a classic Italian Renaissance design for the Flood mansion... The gracious entrance is flanked by Italian Sforza lamps...'
