1876 15th Street, Between Dolores and Ramona. Flat front Italianate house with entry portico and palm in front. Probably constructed circa 1875-1880 at 214 Haight Street, and moved here in 1906 or shortly thereafter. This area was destroyed by the April, 1906 fires.[ital 14th St. (Sic)]
