827 Hyde between Sutter and Bush, Pacific Telephone Exchange Building, the only known pre-fire building in this district. In 1919 it was the location of the Franklin exchange; pre-fire it was the East Exchange. Pacific Telephone Co. offices and Granada Hotel at corner [San Francisco, Calif. Franklin office exterior 8-23-21]
