View northwest to 12 Navy biplanes (Grumman F3F fighters from 6F squadron attached to USS Enterprise) flying south over Bernal Heights at right (with Bernal Heights Boulevard constructed on hilltop), Noe Valley, and undeveloped Diamond Heights, Twin Peaks and Mt. Sutro behind. At bottom, St. Mary's Park, St. Mary's Park playground (later St. Mary's Park Recreation Center), Holly Park and Holly Park (College Hill) Reservoir with Junipero Serra Elementary School and Fairmount School behind. Probably from visit of aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CV-6) to Golden Gate International Exposition in July, 1939.
