View west toward Holly Courts housing(Holly Park Circle between Appleton & Highland) and the future Diamond Heights. Holly Courts housing was designed by architect Arthur Brown, Jr. and completed in May 1940 under the United States (1937) and San Francisco (1938) Housing Authority. It was the first public housing project west of the Rockies.
