Elevated view northwest to Crocker (First National) Bank Building, built 1908 - Willis Polk architect, NW corner of Post and Montgomery. (the upper 11 floors were removed in 1982 and Crocker Galleria shopping center built to its immediate left on the former alley, Lick Place.) Buildings to the right (Union Trust) and left (Crocker) in this view have also been demolished.
