View looking North on Octavia at Fell Street (before the freeway), 5:00 pm. Auto accident, onlookers on sidewalks as police inspect damage in the intersection. Buildings on the right were demolished for construction of the Central Freeway, now the site of Patricia's Green. The first two buildings on the left have also been demolished and replaced.
