Memorial for Judge Matthew Brady at Hall of Justice (Kearny and Washington), Irene Brady, wife of Judge Brady with safety patrol students of St. Mary's Chinese School and Ss. Peter & Paul School. Safety patrol boys include Louis Birleffi, Ray Pissiciotta, Roy Arrighhi, Francis Mark Jr. and Collin Quock. (Judge Brady annually held a meeting for school safety patrol on his birthday).

Portola Festival Parade, the commemoration of Portola 'discovering' SF Bay in 1769, and the 400th anniversary of Balboa 'discovering' the Pacific Ocean in 1513, so there is a lot of mixed imagery. The marching women were the 'Pages' of Queen Conchita, Oct. 22, 1913. (JF) Young women march four abreast in white uniforms past the St. Francis Hotel and a large group of sailors.
