View northwest across Mason outside cable car power house and car barn to Muni Cable Car #527, specially labeled as a Sacramento & Clay St. car to remind voters of that line, which had been eliminated in 1942. The car was chartered by the Citizens Committee To Save the Cable Cars and its chair Friedel Klussmann as part of its campaign urging a yes vote on Proposition 10 (which passed overwhelmingly and preserved all existing Municipal Railway cable car lines).
