Masonic near Waller
January 1, 1905
View east across Masonic Avenue between Waller and Frederick. Woman and three children posed in front of a Victorian row house, 1334 Masonic. These houses were part of a row of six houses built in 1891 by John A Whelan, a shipwright with a shop on Spear Street who also developed rows of Victorian houses as a sideline. These houses still stand, but the pediments and French caps have all been removed. (WMK) Buena Vista Park in background.
