Grove near Polk

Elevated view from Market St. northwest on second day of move of Newton J. Tharp/Commerce High School. The building was completed in December, 1910 on Grove between Polk and Larkin, then moved (over 7 1/2 months) to Franklin & Fell Sts. in 1913 to make way for Civic Center Plaza.
