Promenade level looking east. Potted palms, ornate planter (formerly a concession stand) with busts of Adolph Sutro. Swimsuit and towel counter in background. (Planter was originally the Borden Milk exhibit at the 1894 Midwinter Fair in Golden Gate Park.)
