Telegraph Hill Observatory, also known as Layman's Folly and Layman's German Castle. It was a roadhouse, restaurant, and observatory at the top of Telegraph Hill and reached by the Telegraph Hill Railroad up Greenwich Street. Funicular cable car at center at terminus.
