Elevated view west across Market to Ellis St. corner. The West Bank Building, 800 Market Street, built 1908, at center. "Gillette Building" sign. Anglo-California Trust Company Bank with entrance at corner and electric signs on roof. Gensler-Lee store with marquee in front. Capitol Theatre (built 1911) at far right was previously Cort, Curran, Morosco. Closed in 1941, demolished.
