1848 Noriega Street at 26th Avenue was built in 1935, and is a mixed-use residential and commercial building. In the 1950s it was the home of Dr. Beverly Simpson, with his office around the corner at 1790 26th Avenue. In the early 1980s, Dr. Rahn Ruedy converted the upstairs to an orthodontic office. It has remained an orthodontic office since.
