Fort Mason

Civilian homes on the eastern side of Black Point (today's Fort Mason). In 1863 the U.S. Army occupied Black Point, evicted the civilian residents, and converted these houses into officers' quarters. [F45 SRE-001] (GGNRA/Behrman GOGA 35346)
