View north on Hyde Street on what was known as Tonquin Point or White Point, note the tracks and cable slot. Rubble-loaded wagons will drop their loads of earthquake debris at the big North Beach dump north of North Point between Taylor and Leavenworth. Wagons turned right on Beach and passed in front of the purifying house of the Equitable Gaslight Co. plant. Equitable gas holders are completely deflated and not visible in this view.
