Lower Pacific Heights5950 and 5954 California Street are retail spaces on the northeast corner of 22nd Avenue. Residential units above, with entrance (and addresses) on the 22nd Avenue side. Built 1913. Dick's Barber Shop (sign reads: 'Dick's Haircuts are simply swell, it pays to look well') and Sea Cliff Market. Back of Muni Line-1 trolley bus at right. (Still extant 2023.)
401-415 Utah Street, on the southeast corner of 17th Street, was built in 1913 and consists of apartments above a corner store front. It has an unusual combination of angled, round, and square bay windows. The storefront is occupied here by the Del Monte Grocery. The block at left (including the Lois Sharpe Home for Mentally Deficient Children) along 17th was demolished for a church, built in 1962.
Potrero Hill1736-1738 Bryant Street between 16th and 17th Streets. This two-unit residence was built in 1904 and looks much the same today, as do the two structures flanking it.
Mission2615 21st Street. Residential building on 21st Street at Potrero Avenue. The gas station next door has since been replaced by an apartment building.
Mission2633 20th St. These Edwardian flats between Potrero and Hampshire streets were built in 1907. Both buildings extant 2019.
Mission2637 21st St near Hampshire St.
Mission700 Mason Street at Bush Street. This multi-unit Medieval Revival building was built in 1911. Originally the private Holluschickie Club, it was converted to apartments about 1920. Architect was C. A. Meussdorffer. Storefronts along the Bush Street side include the Cottage Grocery and Fong On Laundry.
Lower Nob Hill819-827 Hampshire Street, on the east side between 20th and 21st Streets. Three-story over ground floor multiunit residential building, wood frame with stucco, built 1907.

Mission2098 Bryant, north west corner of 19th Street and Bryant. Multiunit residential structure with another entrance at 2800 19th Street. Built 1907. Detached two-car garage can be seen at left, on 19th Street.
Mission2951 24th Street, southwest corner of 24th and Alabama. Currently a bakery (2020), the building dates to 1875. To the right is Pastime Pool & Billiards.
