314-316 and 318-320 Utah Street near 16th Street are two mirror-image stucco clad sets of flats on the west side of the block, built 1900 or prior. With mansard style shingled parapets and rectangular projecting bay windows. (Both structures still extant 2023.)

1686 Bryant Street near 16th Street, is a mixed-use commercial and residential on the west side of the block, built in 1907 in the Mission Revival style. The living quarters above have square bay windows with art glass transoms. In 1951, Transfer Quick Lunch and a Shaving Parlor occupied the commercial space at street level.
