Mission2840 25th Street. View northeast across intersection to residential apartment building on 25th Street at Hampshire Street, built in 1914. Exists in 2020 with shingle exterior replaced by stucco. 1295 Hampshire St. is also address.
Mission314-316 and 318-320 Utah Street near 16th Street are two mirror-image stucco clad sets of flats on the west side of the block, built 1900 or prior. With mansard style shingled parapets and rectangular projecting bay windows. (Both structures still extant 2023.)

The living quarters above have square bay windows with art glass transoms. In 1951, Transfer Quick Lunch and a Shaving Parlor occupied the commercial space at street level.
