Tenderloin675-677 Spruce Street near Geary Blvd. Two women and a bicycle are seen outside this multi-family residence on the west side of Spruce Street, which was built in 1900 or prior.

Sunset OuterIn March of 1951, 2545 Judah Street at 31st Avenue was Del Edwards's Union Oil gas station. The lot, on the southeast corner, now holds multiple apartments over storefronts.
Sunset Outer5950 and 5954 California Street are retail spaces on the northeast corner of 22nd Avenue. Residential units above, with entrance (and addresses) on the 22nd Avenue side. Built 1913. Dick's Barber Shop (sign reads: 'Dick's Haircuts are simply swell, it pays to look well') and Sea Cliff Market. Back of Muni Line-1 trolley bus at right. (Still extant 2023.)
648 Taraval at 17th Avenue, on the northeast corner, was built in 1950. It features a retail space on the ground floor with a residential unit above. L-Taraval streetcar tracks in foreground.
West PortalBottom of the Hill at 1233 17th Street is one of San Francisco's best music venues, but In 1951 this was the site of the 17th St. Restaurant Club.
Potrero HillZukor's Department Store at 885 Market Street near 5th Street. Zukor's specialized in women's clothing. This site is now part of the San Francisco Shopping Centre.
South of Market1676 Bryant Street near 16th Street, next to Rainier Beer & Ale Warehouse No. 4. Yard with gate and low wooden structure with barrels in front. Part of the Rainier Brewing Company operation. Billboard advertising Budweiser Beer at right.
Mission1298 Potrero Avenue at 25th Street is a concrete commercial structure, built 1947. This view is northwest across Potrero, to U-Toast-It Fountain Lunch Restaurant and Coffee Shop. Visible at right behind billboard is 1290 Potrero, the now-demolished Good Samaritan Community Center.
Potrero Hill2644 21st Street. A small boy holds onto the base of a street sign in front of this residential building on 21st Street at Hampshire Street.
