View east across Masonic Avenue between Waller and Frederick. Woman and three children posed in front of a Victorian row house, 1334 Masonic. These houses were part of a row of six houses built in 1891 by John A Whelan, a shipwright with a shop on Spear Street who also developed rows of Victorian houses as a sideline.
