The I-280 Freeway now passes through this site, and this bridge was replaced by the current overpass. The warehouses on both sides of the opposite end of the bridge were demolished in 2017.

[Unknown pier USS Oklahoma City CLG 5, a WWII light cruiser converted to a guided missile cruiser at Bethlehem Steel in San Francisco during 1957-1960. The ship had a triple 6-inch gun turret and a twin 5-inch gun forward with Talos missiles aft. Saw considerable service during Vietnam war.
