Civic CenterLaurel Hill Market, 2512 Bush (demolished for church building, building at right still stands). Built in 1874. it was the market and butcher shop of Peter Daverkosen until at least 1901. The double doors to the left of the shop entrance led to a stable, windmill and water tank in the rear yard. [WK]
