Plans called for two very large 4-story matching office and retail buildings, holding 300 offices and 38 stores, with a second story bridge over Olive St. connecting them (Arthur A. Lamb, architect). Delbert Block was demolished in 1910. Hotel Savoy on far left at Ellis Street. Between Hotel Savoy and Delbert Block is the Countryman Building under construction.
